Got sent the completely wrong order, and the manager admits fault, but won?t fix it?. As someone who has worked in the service... industry for 10-12 years, as a manager, I would?ve gotten in my car with the correct food, and drove the 1.5 miles to make itright. This is a constant issue at this location. It seems the staff is just careless and doesn?t bother to check anything. Abag with my receipt tapes directly to it, yet the contents don?t match what the receipt says at all?. It?s really amazing howsuch simple things get screwed up on a regular basis. I did not even want a refund, I more so wanted someone to just bring usthe food we actually ordered?. Came in for lunch with my daughter. Dining room was empty. We could?ve gone anywhere else but decided to stop here. Waited at... the counter for 5 minutes and then was asked to order at the Kiosk. Is it difficult to take someone?s order? I mean if I wantedit to go I would?ve went through the drive up window. So we left and went to Culver?s. ???? No issues, food was good, just like any other Wendy's. Kinda hidden and I always forget it's here. I love the singles, spicy... chicken sandwich and the fries are way better now. Watch out for that dip though, driving in an out of here, your bumpers willget messed up! Go slow. Read more
