Drive thru staff was nice, a little slower than I would have expected for lunchtime. But the issue I had was my impossible... whopper gave me food poisoning. I didn't get halfway through it before my stomach got sick and it got progressively worse forthe 40-minute ride home. Finally made it home and threw up and fell into bed sick as a dog. Cheese had white and green mold. Bread was soggy on top bun and hard as rock bottom bun. I just tossed the food in trash cause... the guy lied and said it was fresh after taking 45 minutes on order. Never think to check reviews for burger King but afterseeing the others here I definitely will in future. Read more
I like the Burger King in Siler City, better than any others I have been in. Really nice smiling employees never crowded, and... the food is always hot and delicious. Read more
most horrible burger king I've ever visited, the last 3 visits my order was wrong and or missing items, employees seem annoyed... when you have to park and walk in to correct your order since they fail to complete their job. This last visit will most likelybe my last. Read more
Nice restaurant. Food was not up to normal quality standards. Fries were mushy, out of ice, out of ketchup. Staff friendly. ... My wife was not pleased, but I always love the King. They are a coke establishment. Read more
Worst service ever. On 3/29/22 We ordered on the app to pick up at the counter. When we got there the doors were locked and we... were told to go through the extremely long and slow drive thru which is what we wanted to avoid. We went ahead and went throughdrive thru which took 20 minutes. Then we were told to go around to the doors that we just left and someone would bring theorder out. 15 minutes later after folks after us got their orders we banged on the door and requested our order only to be toldthat we had cancelled the order!! What??!!! What should have taken 5 minutes took over 30 and we still didn?t get dinner. Myhusband just came off of an 11 hour shift at his restaurant and just wanted to go home and relax and eat. Got a sandwich with bacon and cheese... got home and ate it... now im throwing up. Was the bacon old?. Im headed to the er. If... this is food poisoning i will be reporting this location for an extended food and health inspection. I'm not expecting anycompensation this needs to be fixed so it does not happen to anyone else... update. A friend Who has been working there for afew years sent me this and I will keep his / her name anonymous. Food took a long time to come out. The cheeseburger had to much mustard. Asked for fries with no salt. Watched as they put... salt on fries. Cook said he didn't and I had tell him he did. Read more
