I see the owner of the store keeps replying to the negative comments over the last year, but yet has done nothing to solve these... issues. I travel the whole Midwest, and all over the country. I have probably been too almost every Casey store there is, andthis store is literally the worst Casey's I have ever seen. I have never seen a Casey's so dirty before. Bathroom's we'redisgusting, parking lot looked like a dumpster for everyone's trash, counters were filthy, nothing was hardly stocked, etc. Iwould be ashamed if I owned this business, seems like no pride in it. We have a small trucking company. There was only 1 lane for diesel. It took our driver half an hour to pump 100 gallons of... diesel! There were bags over all of the other diesel pumps. Our driver went in to use the restroom and it was so disgustingthat he didn?t even want to use it. This location is known by truckers as absolutely disgusting! But we wanted to give it achance this year to see if it had improved. It is worse!! The showers are so dirty they are not useable! We have 50-55 truckson the job we are on and NONE of us will stop at this location because there is no food, there credit card readers don?t work,the pumps are so slow it takes twice as long as anywhere else to fill. Even if you call ahead for food it isn?t made when youget there. This is the worst we have seen it!! This could be a highly profitable business if it was taken care of! It is harvestseason, the number of trucks that would stop during this season would be huge if it was taken care of. The driving area is insuch poor condition, there is a massive hole that trucks have to drive thru. DO NOT STOP HERE! Read more
The bathrooms haven?t been cleaned in days, pay at the pump doesn?t work for fuel, they garbages are over flowing, floors are... dirty, kitchen is super slow (45 minutes to cook a pizza). This place is a mess Read more
I must say one of the dirtiest Casey's I've ever visited, and it seems generally has little help. Stopped for gas, trash was... over-flowing, no washer fluid, squeegees were destroyed. Trash all over the floor in the store. Bathrooms were ridiculouslyfilthy. Buns on the chix sandwiche was too hard to even purchase. I literally walked out, skipped the gas, and headed in townto take my business there. The Casey's in New Rockford is cleaner, but seems to always be out of iced tea and seems to bealways short on quality food. Read more
Jfy leave yourself at least 30mins to pay. Its always a headache and takes forever. I honestly hate this fas station only stop... here for flex fuel. I had my last straw here today. It bad enough their coffee area is never stocked with basic like creamer oreven coffee. Plus its never clean. Now my coffee cup on the bottom busted open in my truck. They never empty trash, cleanbathroom and even refused to do the sub line because he had one pizza to make. This place sucks. Go elsewhere if you can. Stopped in figuring I?d grab a slice of pizza on my way to Jamestown 2/16/22 at 6pm, you know ?supper time?. Nope! All the... rotating racks were completely empty along with the side warmer. There were 3 people in the pizza kitchen and I asked if therewas any single slices coming out, the bigger girl of the 2 told me ?no, we?re working on orders right now and it?ll probably bea half hour or more.? Wow! So 1 person couldn?t make pizza for the store? 3 other people walked up there and looked at the emptyrotating racks too and left in disgust. Then I went up to the counter with a small pack of Keebler crackers and a large coffee.The Spanish speaking gentleman with lots of tattoos told me I was good and I could leave. I told him I had crackers to pay forhe said it?s ok, I got you. I told him I appreciate that, but I?ll pay for my items. He only charged me for the crackers afterbeing annoyed that I even wanted to pay for my stuff because he was trying to count his drawer? what the heck is up with thisplace? No stars!!!! Stopped to overnight last night and wanted a shower. Lady at the till is not adequately trained and overwhelmed... with volume of customers. Convenience store beverage counters are covered with dirty cups garbage and spills. Bathrooms arefilthy.... trash overflowing, dirty sinks and garbage littered floors. Got shower key. When I opened the door it had not beencleaned. There were a half dozen dirty towels strewn on the floor and water everywhere. My partner found the same in the mensroom and shower. We waited patiently for staff to clean them. When they got done there were not clean towels for both of us!! We were given one towel... ummmm....we paid for 2 showers....and they are located in the respective gender bathrooms...hows thatwork? The young man just shrugged and walked away. He was unable to refund our card.... said he didn't know how so then gaveus cash. Morning was no better. Restrooms still hadnt been cleaned. Even more trash strewn about, floors still filthy beveragearea and bathrooms. NOT coming back!!!! Read more
