Charlie's Steakhouse at the Carrollton Center on Hwy 71 is my favorite restaurant in Carroll, Iowa.They not only have 6... different cuts of aged beef cooked to your specifications, they also have a 5 page menu full of selections that are as Charliesez "Fabtabulous" . The Bang Bang Shrimp are awesome & the Pork tenderloin may be the best I have ever had in Iowa. If you arefeeling real hungry and a bit frisky, Charlie's has an eating challenge. It consists of a bunch of food that must be eaten in 30minutes. If you succeed the meal is free and you win a tee shirt as well as becoming a permanent Charlie's food legend. Read more

Yes!! You must go and try this place! If you get a steak, just a word of advice, get it ?drunken?. It is a special Templeton Rye... sauce and it is to die for! Also the bang bang shrimp was very delicious. If you leave hungry, it?s your own fault. The rollsand special butter and all our favorite beers on tap. We will definitely be back. Thank you! Read more
