Manager Jacob is rude and lacks basic compassion and decency. I thought he got fired a long time ago. Rude to his employees and... his guests. Service was terrible my friends taco pizza was terrible and wasnt done and they wouldnt refund any of my money will never eat... here again should have went to pizza ranch it was very expensive and wasnt even worth the 60 dollars i spent i will never eathere again lesson learned i dont recommend the pizza hut in carroll iowa. Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 20 mins. Checked for it to be contactless pick up so I went to the window. Young... man came to the window & said his manager hadn't gotten his register set up yet so he couldn't get my order. Went in to find alady working that obviously had no business running that place. Not sure if she even had a clue as to what was going on. People were leaving the restaurant due to them being told there would be no service today. Not sure this is how you want abusiness to be ran. Staff was very uninviting when I came to pick my order up in person. The one individual who acknowledged me just nodded and went... back to looking at the order queue screen and returned to work. The next individual was around a corner speaking with aco-worker while I still idle waiting to be greeted or acknowledged with more than a head nod and be given my order that I hadplaced on the website. Most cases I am satisfied with this establishment but with the interactions and interfaces theseemployees show as far as ownership is concerned, it makes my choice easier to search another competitor who will treat you as anactual CUSTOMER. Even though its their 50th anniversary weekend I'd like to say thank you to the hard working dedicated team. Employees seem happy under new management, great customer service and food . I understand they are short staffed still but they... always great me when I go in and smile and treat me like they want me to return. I will be back ???? Read more
