Been stopping here weekly since 2007 and it use to be the best Wendy's around...always the correct order and always clean. Here... lately it's been dirty and the point of this review is back to back I have walked in with a full crew behind the counter andstand there literally me and me only up to order...they look at me...they straight up ignored me as if I wasn't there...I waiteda couple minutes standing there. Walked out with no food. I'm a Trucker and have always bought their Bio Diesel here and orderfood every time I leave for the week and on my way back home at the end of the week. This may have just been the last stop. DidI ask for a manager? No because every person working was in plain site so one of the employees had to be of authority andobviously didn't seem to mind that there was a couple idle hands behind the counter and No one worried about taking orders. ThisWendy's needs a good overview from corporate because it honestly is going down hill as for customer service and experience. Fromand long time consistent customer. Read more
Stopped in for breakfast, truck parking was full still at 9am. The chicken sandwich was trash! Only thing good was the fries and... my drink. Will not stop here again. Read more
I stop through this location on my way home from work. I?ve been doing so for nearly a decade. Recently, the quality has dropped... drastically. The past 6 months or so, every time I?ve stopped in, my fries have been soggy, lukewarm and salt-less. Also this isthe only Wendy?s I?ve been to in various cities and even states that puts mustard on their burgers. Not sure if this is afranchise location, but it?s clear whoever owns it gives zero fks about it. Read more
Me and my wife stopped through there this evening got our food my wife had to run in to the gas station so I pulled around and... parked by the front door. I look in the restaurant and there are 5 employees doing tricks on skateboards right there in thelobby of the restaurant how unsanitary is that. Highly highly don?t recommend going back to that restaurant. Read more
This location use to be fairly decent a few years back not sure if they have changed management or what I?m sure you can find a... worse fast food restaurant somewhere in this country I?m just not sure where. If they can fill your order it won?t be right orit will be cold. They pulled me to the side before and literally forgot I was there 20mins later I had to go in straighten itout. Incompetence reigns supreme at this location on every level do yourself a favor and drive down the road a little furtherinto Lancaster. Read more
