My experience at this Chick fila location is most always pleasant, I typically go through their drive thru or curbside pickup... and my order is most always 100% accurate. Food was good. Service was really slow for dine in. There were as many as six people in line with only one register open. The... person running the register was also taking food out to the tables some of the time. Lot's of employees standing around. We'vebeen to this location twice since it reopened after the remodel and it was the same both times. Read more
Great food but for dine in the line was long and all the way to the door. Line was jammed up against tables where people were... eating. Much better to snake line near counter. It was uncomfortable being right on top of people while they were trying to eatlunch. Read more
It was the first time that I?ve been there since they demolished & rebuilt it. The young ladies were FANTASTIC. The only thing... that I could not believe is the canopies are not connected to protect the workers from the elements. The canopies are huge. Idon?t understand why they didn?t connect them being they spent a FORTUNE remodeling this restaurant. I made a remark to theyoung lady that took our order & Chic fil a could only hope for their other employees to be as gracious as she was. She said ?they switch us out so we don?t get over heated. ?. Super impressed with the new setup. Went through the drive-thru express today for lunch and got through faster than I ever have.... Line was to the other side of the building but moving insanely fast. The parking lot is definitely much smaller on that turnright when you come in from the intersection so be wary of cars coming because there were a few going the wrong way and blockingthe lot. Everyone was super nice and made sure I knew where to pull up to for my lane. This CFA has got it down. Keep it upguys! Read more
Avoid this place for at least a week. The parking lot is much smaller than before, so parking is terrible. When I was there this... morning, there were a bunch of what I can only assume were corporate people blocking entrances, being loud, and standing ineveryone's way; asking them to move earned you a glare from some of them, not all. Ordering food was an experience as well. Thefood came out burnt, the order was wrong, and the managers were no help because of the corporate visitors. The inside is niceand all, but they have the place filled with balloons so don't go in if you have a latex allergy because that's all I couldsmell in there. It may be worth the drive to go to the other CFA or somewhere else altogether. Read more
Never ordering chick-fil-a delivery again. Y?all charge too much to be giving this level of service. Fries weren?t even done and... even though I bought a large they didn?t fill it all the way. they forgot my sauce, they forgot a straw, they were 10 minuteslate. So disappointing. This used to be a great Chic-fil-a, but since it reopened the service is slow, The food is cold, and when you stand at the... counter NOBODY will ask to help you. People will look at you, but won?t seek to help you. A lot of playing behind the counter.On the bright side, a super sweet girl named Lilly is always helpful and smiling.
