Relatively uninterested service for a Chick fila just about every time I come here. This last time 5 employees were putting up... cups while cars waited in the line for orders, and when I got my food the fries were not salted. Read more
The Bankhead location is just? quite frankly the worst Chick-fil-A I think I?ve ever been to. The last 3 times I?ve done a... mobile order it has been wrong, took 20+ minutes, or waited 15 minutes and the order is still wrong. Nearly every order I?ve hadfrom here is wrong/missing food or takes significantly longer to get than other fast food places. I don?t know why this locationis so awful compared to the one on 27, same owner, same crew has worked at both, but this one is subpar by far. Read more
We ordered four drinks, they only gave us three. And they only gave us one straw. They gave us no napkins. The sandwich was... really bland. It was also supposed to have extra pickles and it only had one (which isn't even "normal pickles"). My husbandordered extra egg on his salad... nope. There were no cherries on the milkshakes (we asked for extra cherries). They gave us nodressing for the salad. A lot of the fries were the kind with skin on one side and they were really undercooked and mushy. Therewas something wrong with almost everything. The service was OK. This location needs some help. Grabbed some fresh hot fries in the drive thru with coworkers and some beverages. The feedback I have is PLEASE mark the... beverage lids. Coke and Coke Zero look very similar and some people can?t have sugar!!! Read more

Always fast service. One drawback is the people taking ur order in the line of cars NEVER seem to have a menu in hand when I... want to see the menu. Just a little frustrating because I?m one of those that like to try something new when I go back. Read more
