It was obvious that this location had some operational deficiencies from the moment we arrived. The employees appeared to be... overwhelmed and without accurate direction. We waited about 6 minutes before our order was taken. The employee was very nicewhich prevents this rating from being a one. I ordered a "Big Double" and I have seen larger beef patties served in kid's meals.It was so disappointing based on the reputation of CookOut. Also, the patties were definitely burnt and dry. My wife ordered thehot dogs with chili and the chili was so dark in color it had to be quite old. She didn't even bother to eat or keep her secondhot dog for later. She threw it in the trash. There was even a seating bench with a handwritten sign placed on it advising notsit because it was not secured properly. Clearly not a location I intend to revisit. Went threw drive threw the cashier didn't put the right order in when we wanted a tray. Went to the window and the lady gave us... the order but it wasn't right. My sister had to ask for a water when the tray came with a drink. We pulled over and I went inand the cashiers in front plus I guess a manager got cocky when I told them this was supposed to be an tray she gave me my twodollars back plus the food and didn't act like she had customer service experience. We asked for two orders. So we ordered the first they told us the price then we ordered the second and they never said anything.... We pull up to the window and they said they didn?t get it. So we asked to order it at the window and they tell us no and have towait in the long line again. Then we look at the receipt and they charged tax for the order more than once. They also got itwrong so we got in line. The rudest lady at the window. The was the worst cookout experience. Read more
If I could give a 0 I would! Stood in line for 20 minutes. They stopped taking orders the cashier walked off. Overheard ... another worker say to stop taking orders. Waited another 10 minutes with a line of people. Employees kept walking around nevertalking to the customers. Finally just left without being served! Terrible!!!! Read more
This place comes in handy since I leave work very late at night, they stay open until 3am and even when the line is long, it... moves decently. The only discrepancy is that the food is inconsistent. Some days the questionable is crispy, other days its not.You may get a nice box full of onion rings one day, may get a few the next. Overall though, still solid for late night foodoption, the tray for 6.99 is a great deal! Read more
First time I?m very unimpressed with this location. Cashier misheard my order and gave me the wrong thing and then the... replacement was something that barely resembles the Big Double. Normally this is my go to place for quality but this was not agood experience. The only saving grace was the Cheerwine on tap. Read more
