Order through drive thru and was asked to pull up. Sat almost 15 minutes before finally walking g inside to see what could... possibly be taking so long for 2 big mac meals and a kids hamburger happy meal. After waiting another 4 mins I was waited on,received my bag of food which was wrong and had to take it back inside again to correct and waited another also 10 mins to getcorrected order which in return made the 1st part of my order cold. I regretfully fo here often due to how close it is to usbut every time I end up regretting it. The McDonald's one exit up on 61 is much better all the way around and they have lowerprices because they are a corporate store. Read more
Would've gave 5 stars but I had to ask for napkins for my drive thru order.
My food was good unlike the McDonald's by Publix. I understand they need help but they need to do better on service. This... McDonald's, I would prefer to come to because they always serve you fresh food that hasn't been sitting. Read more

I've lived near this McDonalds for almost 22 years. Sometimes it's amazing, sometimes it sucks. A pretty general McDonalds... experience. Their building is new and nice though, and it is a generally clean store. Read more
We do not understand why the dining room is closed in the mornings, we've tried to have breakfast there probably four times and... always have to go through the drive thru.The food is good. but we would rather eat inside and not in the car. Read more
I stopped at this McDonald?s and walked into the store that is advertising that the dining room is open now. I went in because I... needed to use the restroom and wanted a drink for my short journey. I used the restroom and washed my hands but was unable todry them because the paper towel dispensers (2 of them) were empty and the ?air dryer ? on the wall was not working properly. Ithen walked out to the counter and waited. There was no one in line and TWO DIFFERENT employees looked at me , never spoke to meand then continued on like I was invisible. One of these people appeared to be a manager. I waited over 5 minutes, which is nota long time unless you are being ignored. If you don?t have the staff to wait on customers at the counter and all you are doingis the drive through, lock the dining room door. Don?t advertise that I can come and be served if that is not true. Read more
