I placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant around 10:15 . I sat at the speaker until 10:30. After no one greeting me... I drive to the window so I can let them know I have a mobile order because now there?s a long line behind me . I get to thewindow and they tell me there closed . They don?t close until 11 and I was there well before closing time . I understand thatthings happen and people are short staffed but they could have at least let me know. On Friday, I waited almost two hours for my food and even customers in front of me were waiting too long. I understand y?all are... short staff, but if its like that instead y?all should close the lobby and leave the drive thur open. Another thing, 3 coworkersare working really hard and only one coworker just walking around and talking with the customers. Read more
They are understaffed for the lunch hour, undercooked my fries and I waited 20-minutes at the door. The drive thru lady was very... nice to check with other staff members about my order and I only knew this because I ended up walking in to see what was takingso long. They seem understaffed and in a rush and don?t do well under pressure. I understand the demand during the lunch hourand angry customers but this was terrible. Do things efficiently don?t hand over soggy fries that weren?t even ready to come up,I was in there long enough to watch one girl drop the fries another one pick it up before time was up for them to be done anddump a bunch of soggy fries in its container. I was too mad and out of time to ask for a refund but until they get more staff,go to another franchise for big orders or just avoid the lunch hour between 12 and 2pm. Was there a good hour. Honestly took forever to get someone to the front desk and their presence was brief. No one was actually... manning the front desk. The playground tables and floors had not been swept or wiped for a while. Food and wrappers wereabundant. Toilet paper in the dispenser would been much appreciated. Read more
Great service. Ordered ahead and my camper and truck took up all the curbside spots.... so he could easily find us. The... gentleman that brought it out was very friendly and had a great smile as he came to find us. Great job Mckie D's. Read more
6/18/22 1:20pm Today my husband and I decided to stop by this McDonalds after running errands in the area. We dined in and had a... wonderful experience. It seems like it is getting more and more difficult to have a positive fast food experience nowadays,however, the staff at this location proved that this is not the case. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Theinterior was sparkling clean and our food came out very quickly. You can tell this crew is the best at what they do & theydeserve to be celebrated. I got one happy meal and slushy. Paid almost 10.00 The chicken nuggets were burnt and hard to eat. I went back and show them the... nuggets and I was very polite and said I don't mean to complain but my daughter can't eat these. They're burnt so they told meto park at number to curbside and they would bring out the chicken nuggets. I told them thank you 7 minutes later they broughtout another 6 piece nugget which is the second picture shown on here. It looks like they drop them on the floor I will not letmy daughter eat them. I'm going to Jack's to get her some chicken fingers this is sad I was very polite and courteous.The girljust handed me my food in my window. And she was kind of rude. I could have been rude back but I'm trying not to be that type ofperson but that is very very unacceptable almost $10 for one chicken nugget Happy Meal and a slushy they were not kind they wereall so rude and there is no one here I hope you all have a good experience if you come to this one? The espresso machine is always down for cleaning. The ice cream machine never works. The employees in the first window will let... you order whatever and pay and then get to the second window and you don't have your items you paid for. Read more
