Slow inefficient unattentive staff preparing the sandwiches with no one waiting in line inside or outside The very slow confused... cashier rang up several extra sandwiches instead of two meals with one extra sandwich We were expected to purchase and eat allof the extra three sandwiches The side of curly fries were dry and cold The regular fries were not completely fried And were rawtasting The sandwiches were fresh but with only small amount of meat and vegetables and toppings and way over priced They weremostly bread With a small amount of meat and toppings Especially in the higher priced gyros sandwhiches The specialitystrawberry lemonade was way too sweet filled with ice and over priced with no refills allowed for that particular type of drinkThe argumentive Manager was not respectful towards me about my complaint Until after I called the regional manager with myserious complaint about our poor service and poor quality of our food that was prepared After my negative attitude about mycomplaint from the manager I contacted the corporate office immediately to make another complaint with Arby's I'm not wastingany of my money or time at this location anymore Read more
330 pm. Asked for 2 cherry turnovers and a drink. Was told she already made 2 batches today and wasn't going to make any more... cherry turnovers. Ordered advertised cookies. Was so hot could barley touch and it was falling apart in package. Asked forcookies not hot, called me a bad name. Read more
Got to the drive through and was told "it will be faster if you come in", it was not. We waited 30 minutes inside after ordering... for some dried out meat, watered down soda, and their excuse was they had to make fresh fries when others in the drive thru hadtheirs before us. I guess all 5 workers needed to hold hands to make those fries, wasn't a rush hour, maybe 4 other customers.Won't be back. Read more
Been a while since I have been to Arby's in Carrollton. The service seems better from the last time. That I had been there... (close to 3 years). Tried their Cajun fish wrap taste was great. The combo price was cheaper than I expected $11.00 and somechange (Large Combo). Read more
The food was good staff was friendly. We had some problems with our order on the drive thru because other staff was yelling as... we were trying to order so the girl in drive thru could not hear us but it was quickly taken care of. Read more
Absolutely the worst service in the town! Not only do they take 30 minutes to get your food. After the young staff get done... playing around and cutting up you get the wrong food and even its cold !! By far not even free food would be worth it good luckto everyone else Read more
