We went through Drive through. I called while we were in line and asked if they had a Buffet and he said something like, we... don't and probably never will again. I said ok. Thanks. Then I asked if there was ANOTHER KFC in Carrollton and he said to myknowledge, there is no KFC nearby that has a Drive through. I said, that's not my question. Very rude, unprofessional and overpriced. No customer service skills basically tossed my order at me. I hen I called the... restaurant to ask for the drive thru operators name I was told that they aren?t allowed to give information out about theworkers and that they don?t have to wear nametags. Basically I feel like they are withholding the names of employees so thatthey cannot be held accountable for their actions. Unbelievably Filthy! The lobby was DISGUSTING! Trash everywhere, tables dirty, floor trashy. The food was mediocre at best.... Three employees, in between waiting on customers ( it wasn?t busy at all) just stood around and talked. We were travelingthrough? would never stop here again. Read more
