Get my order correct. Go there to get my food that was from a mess up. First they forgot the cheese sticks go back abd get them.... Get home open up the food and boom it was wrong so 1 trip turned in to 3. Im so mad. Read more
Our bad experience started out with them giving our order to the wrong person. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our food.... They were nice enough to give 50% off but when we got home there was no sauce for the breadsticks and the pizzas were not evencut all the way through it looks like it was only scored with the Pizza cutter. Had to cut the pizza myself. Couldn?t eat thebreadsticks without sauce. Read more
How about getting your your salad bar back in use. While your salad bar is not the best salad bar out there I do rather enjoy a... salad with my wings or pizza. First thing, as we were walked to our booth the male sitting in the booth by us had his dirty feet up on the bench seat. I was... later told that the kid was the Manager's (who was there that day) brother. We ordered, while the salad bar needed a little work(removing of rotten lettuce).. it was at-least tolerable. But when our pizza was delivered it was a pool of grease/oil... Icouldn't believe they survived it to us. I'm not a person that returns food especially when the place is ran by all teenagers.We literally used paper towels to mop the grease off the pizza. I have a similar experience at this location before. To top offour dinning experience our waitress didn't if ask or bring us drink refills. I can honestly say, I will not give this locationanother try. If I could find my receipt I would submit survey. It's unfortunate has we don't have a lot of options in this areaand to have an establishment that doesn't seem to care about what it serves..is really disappointing. A couple of weeks ago I ordered two pizzas through door dash both burnt. Today I ordered cheese sticks, breadsticks, personal... pan, and wings. The cheese sticks were folded in half. The breadsticks were very flat and under cooked. My person pan had littleto no sauce. Thankfully my wings were okay though. Read more
