The two young people working were doing the best they could. Despite the grumpy lady who rattled off two lists of 5-6 toppings... on each of the two sandwiches she ordered. Who proceeded to then berate them because her chicken was not warm, but she did notwant it toasted. She never gave them a smile and only muttered a half-**s thank you. Great Job to the two employees. The ladies working tonight were polite, provided quick service, and professional. My family ordered multiple sandwiches and all... were made perfectly. They had smiles on their faces and it was truly an enjoyable experience because of the amazing staff. Thiswas my first time in this particular store(carrollton) and I will definitely be going back! It was really good. They were a bit behind though but I think that's only because they had to take they're breaks so 1 was stuck... doing online and in-store orders but they dod amazing juggling things. :D only think I did not appreciate was we were there toget the 2 for $5 deal and they did not tell us that they were not doing the nationwide deal after we had already had oursandwiches made. Though we did not ask specifically about it, I'm pretty sure they had to of overheard us talking about itloudly because my family is not quiet lol Read more
