Always get food wrong. And not in a sense of special orders. Everything is cold. Went right into the trash waste of time and... money. Combo meals that come with tacos. Taco supreme. Horrible inside dining. 20 min to get food. Then out of an item. Had to re order something different Waited 10 more......10 cars... went thru...not coming back. Oh and the food...no lettuce. I asked reception gal...she went to the back and returned. "I guesswe have none...? "Only tiny bit of meat and some cheese. Ill drive to canton. My boyfriend went there last night to order us food just to find out that they closed before he got off work the website stats... there open till 12 well they aren't! Pro tip change your times becuase people who work late and want taco bell can't get itbecause they aren't open till 12 like they say they are so CHAGE YOUR HOURS IF YOU ARNT GOING TO BE OPEN TILL 12! It happensalmost everytime they also very rarely get my order right!! Also if someone orders a cravings box they expect in a box not a bagit's more convenient in the box!! Please do better! Read more
Don't bother calling if you have a problem - no one ever answers, and voicemail inbox is always full. Don't expect them to get... your order right, but do expect whining and sh!t-talking amongst themselves if you check your order and say something about themissing item.
