One of my boyfriend's Customers gave him a couple compliment pizza cards for Cane Russo so we decided to take 2 of our sons out... last night. This was all of our first time trying Cane Russo and unfortunately I cannot discredit the staff - they were nicebut they were too young to handle their jobs. The hostess wasn't very welcoming, she didn't even want to talk to us when weentered but we got her to laugh before left. Our waitress was so new, she didn't even know if they offered Long Island Ice Teaswhich is understandable so she asked the Hostess and she didn't know either so I walked to the bar myself and asked. Most of thewait staff look like they were just out of High School. It took 15 minutes to get our first round of drinks, and then when weordered our second round, our waitress forgot about them. The drink price was overpriced based on what we got but the price ofeverything is going up these days everywhere. Our pizza was about $20-$22 a piece considering we got toppings but the size of itcould have been a little bigger than 14" for the price. I've been to a few different wood burning pizza establishments and sofar this one is the worst. 2 out of 3 of our pizzas had a burnt taste (the bottom were black) but they were beautiful for me totake a pizza and the dough was very soft. I am not gonna give up completely on Cane Russo - just gonna take my family to Friscoto see if our experience will be better. Read more
Nice and friendly people. We had our table and food ready really fast. Kevin was really nice and in top of everything. The music... was waaaay loud. Really nice place to go get some food with friend or coworkers. Read more

The cutest little place! I really enjoyed the service and couldn’t have it any other way. The server was nice and helpful and... was seated immediately. I did go on Memorial Day but around 3p, so no rush during that time. I will say, my friend and Ihonestly could’ve shared the pizza, because they are quite big. I will probably go again in the future and try something else. Read more
We enjoyed our meal here! My husband said it's in the top 5 for pizza. I enjoyed my chicken Alfredo, it had the perfect amount... of sauce but it wasn't swimming in it. Our server Jill was great. Very friendly & attentive. Read more
All I can say is WOW!!! What a place! Had front row seats at the bar where they make and bake your Pizza pie... really awesome!!... Great staff! Great drinks and Great food!! Highly recommend this place. Definitely check out the artichoke dip! So good I'd gojust for that but the rest of the food is just as good! Read more
A friend of mine has been telling me to check out Cane Rosso for years and I finally got around to it. I was honestly blown away... by the quality of the pizza and the delicious flavors. The cooking process is awesome and fun to watch and the entireenvironment is welcoming and great for groups. One of the best pizza places in DFW for sure! Read more
If you love Neapolitan style pizza this is your place! So so good, and I love the crispy crust. This location was pretty big too... and had a nice patio outside. Service was great and pizzas came out fast. If you are in downtown Carrollton, stop in! Read more
