Sad case. I have never in my entire life had to write a bad review on chic-fil-a. The establishment delivered me a chicken... sandwich delux with old dark lettuce, didn?t answer my 10 calls, half filled my mac and cheese, delivery driver didn?t answercalls or text while I was trying to make sure that he had my Polynesian. Really love the franchise, but this place has unfortunately been a bit lackluster in recent memory. The professionalism is just... as high as one would expect from this restaurant chain, but the food portions are noticably (to me) smaller than I am used to atother Chick-fil-A locations nearby. Maybe I have a bad luck streak, but the chicken in the sandwiches doesn't fill up the bunand the fries have typically been around 2/3rds full for the container (more noticable on the large fries). Quality is great andother menu items have been on point, but the staples should be the same across different locations. The other reason for theloss of a star is that I have been to the drive thru at this location several times (different days and levels of busyness) andthe wait has rarely been less than 15-20 minutes (even when the line was not wrapping around the building) and I have spentclose to 30 minutes for the longest wait. I have resorted to mobile orders to be picked up in the store at the counter sincethat is the only way to get one's food within a few minutes. I know that seems picky, but Chick-fil-A is known for beingincredibly speedy with it's ordering, so for it to be sluggish is out of the norm. It could be staffing or something else, butit is hard to not notice when other locations in the area are still rocking it on all cylinders. It has the potential as thelocation is great! Read more
I enjoy the Chick-fil-A chicken fillets, they're always so well cooked and tasty and look fabulous. Their fillets are always... very moist and tender and very enjoyable with a wonderful flavor. The restaurants are always nice and clean and the wait staffare all very friendly. I like also that they work hard to keep the whole restaurant clean including the kids area where they canplay. The staff is always so friendly and kind and helpful. They never seem to be angry that they have to be at work with someof the places I have been to. They take covid seriously here and also we're wearing face masks. Only thing I really don't likeby the very long lines around the building and the weight time to order my food to go. Usually I will just park outside walk inorder my food and leave. But hey what can I say I'm a bit strange. Read more

I'm posting this hoping that this will change and i can actually enjoy a fresh salad without having to get home and pick out the... bad lettuce in order to be able to eat my salad. Only if i wouldn't have asked at the window if the salad was fresh... But idid and i was assured it was. Just to get home and find this... so very disappointing... Read more
Superb food and service. It is amazing how quickly they are able to move vehicles through the drive through line. It is worth... eating inside just to watch how quickly the process and deliver the drive through orders. Includes outside dining with a smallplay area for kids. Read more
