Food has always been good, it's the terrible service that's a turn-off. We live close by and like to grab some nice burgers... every once in a while, but the service has been mediocre at best at least half the time we've been here. We've worked in theservice industries and are very familiar with how difficult it can be sometimes, which is why we're so tuned in to the very lackof customer service provided here. From the hostess rolling her eyes when we said we'd prefer not to sit in the bar area (we'renot bar people and there are booths and tables available in the rest of the facility) to wait staff frequently disappearing forour entire meal and having to ask other staff if we could get drink refills. What's funny is that we are very gracioustippers...and we don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, just do your job and you will be handsomely compensated....or notif you only visit us for our order and to bring the bill. Personal opinion here: We ordered the chips and guac w/ salsa for the appetizer. How bad can it be right? We'll, the chips were... super thin and salty. The salsa was extremely salty as well! It also had a processed, plastic-ky preservatives after taste. Theguacamole was okay, but extremely tart. Points for having cilantro and lime in it, but flavors were completely not balanced. Nota fan. Burgers, fries and flavored teas were good. Sides were good. Salads are decent. The ribs tasted like old meat! The meatwas dry and super salty and definitely was not "fall-off-the bone". I actually switched my ribs to a burger because of how badit was. Service was decent, but nothing amazing. I wouldn't go back unless all of my friends outvoted my vote and made us go. Read more
It was a birthday celebration with family that didn?t go well. Our server , was great so nothing on her part, at all. We... asked if it was possible to have the air conditioner adjusted as we were all cold and uncomfortable. Her reply ?I?ll ask, butthe Manager is really picky about it?. Nothing changed. Customers around us kept their jackets on and we heard several comingin commenting how cold it was. We spent our time trying to find a way to warm up, arms in our shirts etc., until the foodcame. Not much desire to sip on drinks for sure. My salad came almost floating in dressing but who wants to wait on anotherwhen everyone at the table was freezing. Once done and outside, I could feel how cold my legs were thru my jeans. Prettysad the perception we had was the Mgr was more concerned about himself, in the back where it?s warmer, than out front where theguests are wearing jackets while trying to enjoy dinner. Went there to celebrate my brother in law?s birthday dinner. It was chill. They were attentive to my discrete request for a... birthday song, and their lava cake was amazing. Some may say Chili?s is overrated, but it doesn?t disappoint. Read more
Ya know? Just a real quality drink in the bar area with a server, ana, who knows what she's doing. It was a great afternoon. The... food has always been great. I'm glad to see that the service is as good. Child's has always been a neighborhood bar, and theydon't disappoint in this neighborhood. Read more

Wow, A fast lunch with a smile! My wife and I had a Burger and Chicken Crispers. We experience d super fast service. The lunch... was tasty and the fries were "the best" in the area. Thank you Daisy-like-the-flower...our waitress for taking great care of us. Read more
