I took my up and coming baker niece to a private lesson with Chef Zach. It was an excellent experience. He was great with her... and infused not just a love of chocolate but some fun science as well. She left having had a great experience and even moreenthusiastic about practice and experimenting. I especially appreciated that he gave very pragmatic suggestions (like where tofind pro level feves in Dallas at reasonable prices). Not only would recommend but likely we will be visiting again. Chef Zach is amazing at his craft. He is a wealth of information on all things chocolate and incredibly patient with his ability... to share his knowledge and talent with those less talented. I have taken a variety of cooking/baking classes over the years andbelieve these chocolate classes to be the best of all of them. We had Zach come do a private chocolate cooking class for our family. It was AMAZING! He exceeded our expectations! He was so... great with our children and 80 year old parents. It was our entire families favorite activity we did while visiting Dallas. Wecan not recommend him enough! Book him you will not be sorry. He was worth EVERY penny we spent! Chef Zach was wonderful! He made my wife and I feel right at home as he educated us on the different types of chocolates and... taught us how to make the best tasting truffles. My wife and I had so much fun making dark chocolate truffles with chef Zach! He had everything prepared and was so much fun to... learn from. I am not a kitchen person, but I feel like I can now not only make truffles, but Chef Zach even taught me what typesof chocolate where higher quality and even where to buy the raw chocolate.
