Jasmine, Katie, and JP. This team of associates hit a home run with their service????. Not only was their customer service AT... 9:51PM, or 9 minutes before they closed amazing but I felt welcome. And that's hard to find these days in fast food. - as Iwalked in they were deep cleaning really well. - I asked them if id dirty up more than need be because of my late order and theyadamantly told me it was all good. - AMAZING burger but even better service! For $33 2 people got the smallest hamburgers, shared an order of fries and a drink. Of course you have to add gratuity in... because you're a monster if you don't tip the person at the register. The food is what it is, but the notion that you have totip 30% to everyone you come in contact with is a little ridiculous. However no one wants to be that guy who's perceived to notcare about the plight of the food service worker. When the real enemy is the owner who only pays their employees 12-13 dollarsan hour and forces the public to subsidize their wages. All of this on top of exorbitant prices for food that is on par withJack n the Box is unacceptable. Read more
My wife & I decided to order burgers from this location. We got our order by Uber eats. The food was delivered and noticed that... our bag was very greasy. (Now that's not a good indication of tasty cuisine.) We open the bag and the food was wrapped up, so Iam not sure how the grease came about. We unwapped our food and noticed that our hamburger buns were soggy and fries weren'tcrisp. The burgers had a good flavor but the soggy buns ruined it. My wife removed the top bun so she could salvage what shehad. I personally usually don't care about soggy buns but the entire bun was too much. Our experience was overwhelming andruined our meal. First time here at 5 guys. Well I decided yo try the kosher ???? hotdog. It was great! Also ordered fries and drink. The fries... are seasoned and Also taste great! You can choose your toppings on the hotdog. It again was really good and I'll be back againand try a burger! Also there are no preservatives in their meats. Big plus Read more
Burger and fries were great. A little on the pricey side at $10 a burger. Yet, we still enjoyed.
Man, I firmly believe that this location makes the world a better place! The people here are so friendly, the place is so clean,... and I just try a bacon milkshake for the very 1st time. It's been such a long time since I've been to a 5 guys, I totally forgotthat they double stack the patties in a regular cheeseburger I got a regular cheeseburger all the way and it just made all ofthe difference in my day.
