I have been a regular customer of your restaurant since moving to the area 3 years ago. However, on September 6th, 2022, around... 3:00pm I encounter the rudest female manager name Victora or Vicky. I ordered fresh food to be made for my order. I did receivepart of my order fresh, When I request fresh fries, it became a huge argument from your employee yelling telling me it's freshafter I sat there watching them give me old fries and made new one. Then she told me in the worse attitude if you don't like it,you can have a refund and leave. Her action as a manager was so unprofessional. Then another employee on the clock eating wherethe customer prep area was and did not wash her hands after entering food in her mouth. Please know as a paying customer I couldnot make this up go check any video recording if they work. If you do go here, please be aware of rude customer service and noreply back from the General Manager. My ticket number was 54. I replied to the receipt survey and did a horrible review. What a great place to dine , best dining experience I've had in many years , the young lady at the register on Saturday fed 5... ,2:45 pm was a great asset to ur copany , she knows her job n sells the buisness with pride . She is definitely rare I.Asuming she maybe a manager and she definitely deserves resignation. Definitely one of the better Golden Chicks in the area. Rolls are nice, soft, and warm! Chicken is crisp to perfection and... cooked all the way through! The fries are toasty! And adding spice doesn't make it extremely spicy, just nice and seasoned. Andyou can tell by the pictures they didn't just cram everything in the box or bag, unlike the one on Josey. I'd definitelyrecommend this place and I'll be back for sure!! Read more
From the moment you walk in, you know it?s going to be great! Lots of restaurants do bare minimum on keeping a dining room clean... but this place is always clean and that lets me know that everything behind the counter will also be clean!
