I always come to this location when I'm in the area. I never had an issue before until the other night. I ordered the ultimate... cheeseburger combo, jumbo jack combo and 10 tacos. Instead I got a Jr bacon and Jr jumbo jack with 6 tacos. I was so upset ????when I got to work as I do not work near this location but it is on the way to work. I called the location and got NO ANSWER.HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I was charged for what I ordered and got less. I am.very disappointed with this store location. This is whatyou call CUSTOMER SERVICE? Regular user of the app and pick up service late at night at this location and the worker there has a horrible attitude.... intentionally doesn't listen to me when I had an issue one time playing the language barrier card which I finally found outwhen I called them out for laughing about my order cause it was an hour old and cold. So this time instead of not understandingme I stepped up my tone a little and he literally smiled and asked me, "why I was mad, was it cause of one missing egg roll?Thats nothing." Bringing up the issue I had days before where he ignored me three times asking about a missing egg roll. Writing this review for management since he claimed there wasn't a manager at that store to read and realize they just lost avery consistent customer due to customer service that is malevolent and intentionally insulting to a regular customer which isit toxic as it gets. I am preorder too meaning it is done and paid for and all he has to fo is grab it and add some packets andhand it to me and I have had like 4 negative experiences with him so I wont be going back as long as that person works there.You can see how often I go through this trouble and entertain logic that it must be pretty bad. 8/18/22 update Out of options iordered food from app, paid for it, and made my way to the store to pick it up only to find a hand written sign on drive thruthat they are closed for 2 hours. Zero acknowledgement of the online part of the business the corporation seems to boast aboutand encourage so much. In the past 6 months of trying to use apps I would say this is a problem across the board with companiesnot training their employees about this new part of their business because the employees act like it doesn't exist and it's justa burden. I asked for a medium sized coke and they gave me a jumbo cup which doesn't fit in my car and coco doesn?t taste like coke it... tastes like refrigerator unhygienic coco water and the drive thru service is terrible and my bill was 19.01 cents and i said Iwill give her 1cent back and asked her for give me the dollar bill change Which she rejected and dont want to accept the centand after she gave me the change she just spilled all 99 cents coins all over the drive thru window and where i have to open thecar door and take my cents on mid afternoon day and this made me real uncomfortable and awful experience and the sandwich isvery dry like they stored that one for me years and big sized chiken meat which is unable to eat and swallow where half of thechicken feels uncooked and I just throwed that half sandwich into garbage and i guess thanks for the service Read more
don't waste your time. awful rotten food. I could have gotten food poisoning. they charged $5 for a chicken sandwich and gave me... a 99cent sandwich which was hard and rotten. fries where not fresh and only were half full. not a one star Gag, Charlie. Only 2 people were working... ordered online, got there and waited for 15mins in drive thru only to find out they didn't have it... cause they hadn't checked where the online orders come in to make it. Asked me to go back around . By then. 6 more cars hadshown up... so after an hour and 20 mins of waiting there I got cold food.... and couldn't even get cokes cause both machineswere down...
