Nice place and just smells of good food makes it very much appreciated.

For Lunch on a Sunday, there was only 3 or 4 people in line, and a staff of 3, so we got our sandwich quickly. Food was great.

Quality of food at this location is severely lacking vs other stores. I ordered a sandwich last night, was served stale, at... least 1-2 day old bread, lettuce and tomatoes that was wilted/not fresh. Meats and cheeses need to be kept wrapped before beingcut for freshness, doesn?t seem like this location does that, as meats and cheeses were kept unwrapped touching an unlined trayin the refrigerated section - unsanitary. This location has been ?closed early? when I got there so many times that I?ve lost count. Often 15-20 minutes before the posted... closing time. I?m finally leaving this review because I just showed up 25 minutes before close, to find them unwilling to openthe doors. This is a terrible way to treat local customers. Read more

That could have put more roast beef on the sub, because I'm lactose intolerant , so no cheese please, so it made for a skinny... sandwich. But it was still good. Read more

My order was scheduled to be ready at 12:39PM. I arrived at 12:22PM and got in line and announced myself. They told me they were... working on it and I waited 40 minutes for my online order. I think if a person walks in the store regardless if their order wasplaced online, they should be prioritized as a walk-in at that point. I watched them service two rushes of walk ins and onlineorder pick ups who came in after me. The # of people that were serviced before me and came in after me was too many to count.They forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich and my cookie was broken. The guy that handed me the bag didn?t even look me in theeye. This location is 5 min from my job and I spent the entirety of my lunch break waiting for a cold sub which they forgot thebacon. They left off 2 key components to my sandwich that are written on the menu, I got the club sub that is supposed to come with... bacon and mayo, that was nowhere to be found and I think it is because the girl working the cashier was having me pay before thegirl making my sandwich could finish asking me what I wanted on it. Good sandwich! We had the Big Kahuna. The red peppers were sweet and tasty. This sauteed sandwich is my new favorite.
