Hello my wife ordered a sandwich here and it was never delivered. We spoke to a Briana who is the manager there who was rude.... She hung up in my face any my wife face. She didn't refund my wife her money for her sandwich and we have ordered delivery fromthis Jimmy johns location a NUMBER of times and have never been treated like this. I asked for her General Manager name and shetold me.his name was Anthony and she hung on me. She was irate and extremely rude. Don't ever order from this Jimmy John'sbecause BRIANA (the rude manager) stated that she been at work at 6am which has nothing to do with our sandwich NOT beingdeliverered. I will be reporting this to corporate and Briana is the most rudest person I have ever met from Jimmy John's and amanager period. Read more
Sandwich was good. Poor customer service. Cashier was very rude and in a hurry.
Came in to order a sandwich after a tough day. Kids behind the counter were upbeat and enjoying their job. 1 asked me what music... I would like him to play and I responded with "Something that will make me happy" Moments later the song "Happy" by PharrellWilliams came on. We ordered online and went to pick up, got home only to realize we were given someone else?s order entirely, when I called to... see if this could be fixed and delivered, because we were working, ( we live in delivery zone) the kids on the phone goes silentand then another guy jumps on the line who is rude and could clearly care less, I explained again what happened and he veryrudely said that the only way they would deliver is is we paid for delivery..even though it was their mistake and we?re two minsfrom the store. I understand times are tough, but his attitude was terrible and on top of that he said ?oh well your orders herethen when you can pick it up? Money is tight right now for everyone, you?d think, if you want customers to keep spending theirmoney with you, they?d treat us with a little respect. Read more
Always fast and always high quality. This Jimmy John's location is the best one I've been to both here and in Nevada.
I have never had any issues w this location. I place my orders online. I like that you can customize your sandwich and my order... has always been correct. Lately they have been short handed in delivery drivers. There is one driver that always delivers to myapt complex. I do not know his name but he is always polite even though he is the only one on duty in the evenings. He hascalled on occasion to let me know he is on his way he is dropping off other orders as well. Read more
Walked in because they don't deliver to my apartments yet, and I have to say, service was incredibly fast! I was out the door... with my sandwich by the time I finished paying with my card! I had an Original Roast Beef and Turkey, delicious and well worththe price. Read more
Fast and friendly service. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches...especially the bread.
