I visited this location on 10/10. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. There were not any... prices on the menu or on the menu board. The menu board wasn't even on and when we asked the staff to turn it on they were sorude and attitude was so bad. I should have left then but I didn't because I had really been wanting to try some Marco's pizza.So fast forward to getting our pizza. They didn't put extra cheese on it so when my sister asked them to do so the managerproceeded to put the cheese on the pizza with his bare hands and didn't wash them. Right then and there I told him I wanted mymoney back. As he is refunding my money back on my card. I said to him with COVID going on you are really preparing people'sfood without gloves on. He says to me, we wash our hands. I then say, but you don't. He then says Ma'am COVID isover.????????WTF. I was too done at this point. I told him it is because of people like you that COVID will never be over. Tothe owner of this establishment you really need to have a conversation with your workers about the responsibility they have whenit comes to being sanitary when it comes to handling people's food. Ordered a LG Cheese Ground Beef have eaten takeout before was delicious this time pizza dry as hell tasted old I think it was a... pizza no one picked up and they reheated it. The crew eating around the pizza preparations tables no gloves. When I walked inthe management people up front behind the counter didn't greet me. The kid who took my order Kyle L013 sort of had thiscondescending attitude. Should of followed my mind walked out put fishstick in the oven or waited to go to Costco get me a nicedelicious slice of pizza. Read more
There is only one delivery driver, so orders are backed up and delivery time is horrible. My wife just ordered a 2 pizzas, a... cheese bread, and a 2 liter. All the food was cold and we never received the 2 liter. So we called and talk to the manager, abdit was a waste of time, we did not receive a refund but a credit towards a future order which will never happen. Completelyunprofessional, more accountability needs to be made in these matters but I believe no one will understand until ot happens tothem. Read more

I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza for delivery? It was delivered on a busy Friday night? Nonetheless, the pizza was... delivered hot and fresh. The crust was so delicious with a mouthwatering flavor, the cheese was the perfect consistency andthere was pepperoni in every bit. I feel like this was one of the best tasting pizzas I?ve had in the DFW. You definitely shouldtry this place out, I believe you will enjoy it as much as I did. Read more
I always order a large thin crust hamburger and mushroom... so delicious I have a hard time not chewing up to my elbow. Always... delicious ... very nice people. Read more
Update 03/01/2018 - I have gone back several times and they have indeed impressed me. Still wish they had a better online pizza... tracker but the quality of the pizza does make up for it. Bumping my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. Original review - Iordered their "Pepperoni Magnifico" pizza online using a coupon as a carryout order and the total came to about $11. The trackerthey use is not as fancy as Domino's as it only tells you they are making your order rather than each step such as when they arepreparing it vs when they are baking it. When I arrived to Marco's I was greeted upon entering the store and found my pizza wasalready waiting for me. As soon as I got it home I began to devour it. While all of the ingredients tasted of high quality, theyprobably could have spread the cheese out a little bit further towards the crust as it seemed like the majority of it wastowards the center of the pizza. The crust was also a little thicker than I like so I'll probably try the thin crust next time.I am still not sure how I feel about spending $10+ on a pizza when I can use a coupon at the competitors (Dominos, Papa Johns,Pizza Hut) and get a large 3 topping carryout all day any day for less than that. I want to give this place 4 stars but 3 is allI can give based on this experience. It was good enough that I will go back but they are going to have to impress me on the nextvisit. Read more
I've tried multiple marcos locations and while they are still good, marsh lane is the only one that is consistently accurate and... perfect every time. Whoever is responsible for training/quality control at this location should get major props, I waited over ayear to write this review and they've been consistent every single time. That's a hard thing to do. Read more
