Always clean, efficient service and hot/yummy food. Noticed better signage on premium entrees...no surprises at the register.
All Panda Expresses are not created equal. Food here was beyond fast food. Well prepared, fresh, and service was great.
I used the drive through so I can not comment about the atmosphere. I would like to note that I was never offered teriyaki or... soy sauce with my meal by the drive thru attendant and neither was present in my order bag when I checked it on way home. I order take outs only. Paid premium for steak but portion is always very small (about a scoop). Food is hit or miss, if you're... lucky, you get hot food, otherwise everything is a sloppy mess and the rice is hard as rock. But the last straw was when Iordered a bigger plate with two premiums the other day to get only one of them. If that wasn't bad enough, they decided tocharge me TWICE, for the price of TWO premium entrees. Best of all, the restaurant wasn't even that busy.
