Always clean, efficient service and hot/yummy food. Noticed better signage on premium entrees...no surprises at the register.
All Panda Expresses are not created equal. Food here was beyond fast food. Well prepared, fresh, and service was great.
I used the drive through so I can not comment about the atmosphere. I would like to note that I was never offered teriyaki or... soy sauce with my meal by the drive thru attendant and neither was present in my order bag when I checked it on way home. I order take outs only. Paid premium for steak but portion is always very small (about a scoop). Food is hit or miss, if you're... lucky, you get hot food, otherwise everything is a sloppy mess and the rice is hard as rock. But the last straw was when Iordered a bigger plate with two premiums the other day to get only one of them. If that wasn't bad enough, they decided tocharge me TWICE, for the price of TWO premium entrees. Best of all, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. They had their 35th anniversary special - orange chicken for 35 cents. However, you can't get it by going to the business. You... had to order from their app which doesn't work. Don't waste your time here. Just go across the street to China One, getyourself a nice huge meal and eat half now and take the other half for lynch tomorrow. I arrived to the establishment and the inside was in disarray. There were bottles drinks just sitting on tables. I understand... that employees in this day and age are understaffed and overworked. One employee I assumed was on their lunch break. Was asleepon the table next to her food she had gotten to eat. I order a plate. Fried rice and double orange chicken and a drink.Transaction was some what smooth and the male employee was nice. I got my food and left. I began to eat and when I said I wantfried rice and I got FRIED rice. Rice was crisper than ruffles potato chips. The crunch was louder than your moms best friedchicken. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Raw chicken being served and they don't even care. Talked to the manager and he had no concern. He just kept... offering replacement food. So many people probably ate raw chicken from this location. Not okay! Read more
