We waited for the noodles and wondered why they came chopped up?!? Please stop doing this. You advertise long noodles not cut up... noodles. Everything else was ok. I frequent this restaurant about once every 2 months and I've never had a bad experience to date. This visit was no different.... We ordered four different meals, the bowl, and got our food quickly and it was all fresh and tasted great! The staff is alwaysincredibly friendly and smiling despite the difficulties of working with customers. Read more
The staff was friendly but frazzled and overworked. The food we ordered online was said to be ready at 6:15. We went in and... through the line multiple times being told ?10 or 5 more minutes.? The food finally came out at 6:55. 40 minutes after theestimated time. This is NOT fast food at all. Some of our order was beyond chicken, so maybe that explains some of this, but Irecommend hiring more workers or changing how the food is prepared. Read more
Panda express has gone down hill. Especially this location. Their prices have increased and their serving sizes have decreased.... This location is always "out of something" and the quality/flavor is abysmal. Orange chicken is not the same, the Beijing beefis dry and tastes like they should have made a new batch. Panda Express has slowly been going down hill since the pandemic. We have attempted to remedy this by sending reviews to Panda... Express directly but we still consistently have issues. This past Sunday we attempted to go inside the location on Old Dentonaround 6 PM and the doors were locked our boys really wanted to go in so we proceeded to a different location. We went on to thelocation on north Josey where we were told most likely the old Denton location was under staffed and that?s what they typicallydo when they are under staffed. We ordered bigger plates which have gone up in pricing recently and noticed the portions arenow smaller. They were also out of honey chicken, almost every time we go they seem to be out of something. I think we may nolonger be panda customers based on our experiences over the past year. Read more

This location does have a drive-thru; just be sure to plan appropriately during the day as it could become busy during typical... lunch break hours. There are a couple of nearby options just in case. This restaurant had good food and service; I orderedorange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice. Yum! Read more
Before coming to this location, I checked their hours of operation to make sure I had enough time to get some food. Online it... shows they close at 10:00 p.m., I parked and tried walking in at 9:15 ish but the doors were closed. So they locked the doorsearly to prevent any more customers from coming inside. Was a little irked by this but didn't make a big deal out of it. I drovethrough the drive through to place my order, and when they come on the intercom, they informed me they had very little options.They have 45 mins left before they close, and only had 2 entrees available. How does that even make sense? Ordered my food butcouldn't even order a soda since there was a sign saying they didn't have any available. At this point I just want my food andget home quickly to eat. You can tell the food was sitting there for a while, was barely warm and just didn't satisfy mycravings. Extremely disappointed with my overall experience with this location. Would highly recommend you go to a differentlocation. Read more
