Nearly every order for the last 6 years has been perfect. If there was ever an issue the store didn't hesitate to help. Only... thing is they have to use DoorDash sometimes to help deliver during busy times and DoorDash is no good and ripped me off, thestore, and other customers. Read more

Trash. Terrible delivery. Driver was bitter that they had to walk up to my hotel room even though they offer that as an option.... Drinks were warm and the pizza was cold. I place an ordered worth $55.00. Waited for 55mnts called to check on the status of my order and said that will take 20 more... mnts, called back again and said that they had no drivers and said that door dash was going to pick up my order and deliver inthe next 45mmts. So I told him to cancel the order and with no hesitation he did. I was very disappointed with James attitude. I love papa Johns and I lived on them for 9 months when I was pregnant but this is the first and last time I will order at this... location. The garlic bread isn?t good at all. There is too much sauce that leaked all over my car, and was literally seepingthrough the box. It?s just gross ???? Ordered online for pick up. Pizza was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. Store appeared clean. Cashier double-checked... to make sure the toppings were right and the condiments I requested were included. I like that they keep their Parmesan cheesepackets in the fridge. The pizza was good, normal amount of sauce & cheese, 3-4 slices of pepperoni and 4-6 pieces of sausageper slice of pizza. Good price. No disappointments. Read more
