I am a legally blind customer that orders twice a month from the same location until today. Didn't feel like cooking submitted... online order at 5:30 p.m. For a delivery order from this store 3065 N Josey Ln #82, Carrollton, TX 75007. At 5:55 I receivedtext message for tracking my order at 6:15 I received a message saying my order is out for delivery I waited close to an hourwhen I called the store Mario answered the phone very polite come and well-mannered he looked at my order said the driver hadleft already it should be there any minute if not to give him a call back 20 minutes later I called back said hey still don'thave my food he was very diligent to try to find out why I don't have my order without much of the manager's help Mario got backon the phone and said he had just found out that the store doesn't deliver to my address anymore there's no explanation no we'reonline did I get a notification the driver did not try to contact me no customer service along the way except for Mario witheven dealing with a frustrated customer he kept his cool very professional thank you so much Mario but Pizza Hut pick up theslack that's bad business I'm expecting food and messages from the company saying my food is on the way somewhere along thelines communication failed and as a customer I have to take the brunt of that:-( sad day at Pizza Hut Read more

Could have been hotter, somewhat over cooked. My order was $26' I gave the delivery guy two twenties and he asks me if I want... change. I kind of looked at him and said yeas so he asks "how much". This approach is really crude and inappropriate. Read more

I am so disappointed by this place I?ve ordered here for years since I was a kid and just recently had the worst experience from... this location I ordered the chicken Alfredo and a personal pan pizza, first they called and said that they didn?t have thechicken Alfredo I didn?t mind that and said just the pizza is fine, then it took nearly an hour (I live less than 1 mile away)and once they got here it was a kid and who I asume is his dad, and when I opened the pizza it looked disgusting, I called themback too the number they used and was answered horribly by the girl who answered. Never received my order!! They never called me about my order, they don't answer their phones most of the time, they have... TERRIBLE service and Pizza Hut has NO way to get a refund on you lost order other than filling out surveys online. Veryuncaring company! DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT! Reporting them to the BBB. Nasty unsanitary workers! You can tell they are all family members. No one cares. bad attitudes! Sneezing and wiping nose... continued to make food. No hands were washed. I would never return to that location!!!!! Made me very uncomfortable. On top ofthat felt like they may have done something to my food! Read more

Your website did NOT provided the estimated delivery time until AFTER you charged my credit card. I wasn't waiting 2 hours for... my order. I tried to call the store, and the phone rang and rang and then it hung up. I ended up calling Customer Service to getthe order cancelled, and to get a refund. Nearly 2 hours later, the pizza showed up at my house, and I told the driver to takeit back because I cancelled the order. I told him had your store answered the phone, you would know that. I ensured my order said "Delivery" and the Pizza hut location changed it to carryout without my knowledge (as the kids sat for... over 2 hours waiting for our delivery). After trying to contact the location via phone with no answer (being transferred by thegeneral line multiple times), my husband went up there where they first tried to tell us it was our fault, then to say thatdidn't' have any drivers so they had to change it to carry out. Then they tried to make him pay again after I paid for it onlinevia the app. VERY UPSET they gave us the cold pizza after refusing to remake it without paying for it again!!!! I spent $50 just for them to deliver this to my house!! Old pizza, old wings, and buffalo wings with the sauce at the bottom of... the container and dry wings at the top! I called to speak to the manager just to find out that THE MANAGER is the one whoprepared my order and sent it looking this way! Unacceptable! Read more
