I wish I could give the place more stars but for 28.99 all you can eat I was expecting better quality meat and seafood. The... vegetables and seafood did not look fresh. Some of the fish balls tasted spoiled. It was decent enough to get by but not worth28.99. The service was good and one of the ladies was really nice. The place looked empty only shabu upstairs and it didn'tseems like they have much business. Read more

We love this place. We wonder why the one in Frisco closed so we made the trip out here. While it is rather expensive it doesn't... nickel and dime you with stuff like 1.50 for a sauce bar like other hot pot places. The grab your own bar contains plenty initself and that's where they get you. You fill up leaving little room for the delicious thinly sliced meats. Also the reason whywe like it over other places is that each person gets their own hot pot. Read more

This place was amazing!!!! Its all you can eat, very flavorful. You make your own hotpot soup with sauces and other ingredients.... The fish cakes are wonderful, house soup is great for adding flavors in and making it your own. Pork belly was fantastic. Theirsweet chili sauce was out of this world. ???? Highly recommend. They don't have storage for leftovers, but also only charge perHead. We ordered 2 rounds of meat Read more

Love coming to Shabro! All the food is always fresh and very delicious. I always get chicken as my meat, but my husband loves... the steak. Also the noodles are always fresh as well. They have 2 different broth chicken or original. The downfall, thewaitress sometimes takes a little long, but it?s always prompting. Also, since you have to go up the stairs and I believe theydon?t have an elevator, might be hard if you ever visit and need assistance to go up the stairs. Other than that! Love thebroth! Read more

Attentive server that was knowledgeable about the menu and individual meats, extremely helpful with preparation questions since... it was our first time having hot pot. The selection of items at the cold bar are great, and the sauce station to mix your ownsauce was diverse. They have ice cream for free if you feel up to it after a delicious meal. The spicy broth is the way to go,beef check and sirloin are tasty! Read more

Pick your soup base and up to 3 meats to start, then you go to the salad bar to get everything else to go into your hot pot.... Come.back to your table and cook it yourself. Pretty good. Nice for conversation while your waiting on your hotpot to cook down. Read more

Uhm...what should I said... 1.) The soup it's bland but it's good if you know how to put things together and add seasonal (salt... and soy sauce) will make it taste better. 2.) It's healthy 3.) Missing hot oil and fermented soybean for dipping sauce 4) Thewaitress she was great 5 stars ? for her. 5.) This place I believe in how you make your own dipping sauce, that'll make your foodtaste better. Read more

We went around 4pm and it was a very nice atmosphere. The meat the brought out had a great color and tasted better. I liked that... They cared about hygiene and etc. Will have to wear mask and gloves when picking food. The house spicy special sauce was great! The ice cream was nice a rich with not watered down taste. I really liked the Chinese base. And nice cold rice wine to go withthe hotpot on that cold day. Worth the price but be sure not to waste food because you will be charged!but all in all Perfect!
