This location is the worst smoothie factory I have ever been to. I came in today for 2 smoothies. The person who made the... smoothie was rude and tried to double charge me for a PB powerhouse. The smoothie I got was not blended and tasted like terribleand was so running I was more water than anything else. Staff said the machines are to blame for the bad smoothie. I asked fora refund and to speak to the owner or get the owners name and number and was turned down. This is some bad service and I willnot be returning and this probably made me not want to go to any smoothie factory again. It would be nice to have the ownercontact me. Thanks Read more
This was the ORIGINAL Smoothie Factory! Fantastic franchise with delicious smoothies. It also carries a nice selection of... fitness snacks, protein supplements, and energy drinks. They also offer fresh Wheat Grass shots... an acquired taste, but packedwith nutrients. Being located in the same center as 24 Hour Fitness is a plus! Read more

Maybe it was the person who made my smoothie, but I ordered what I always get and it was probably the worst smoothie I've ever... had in my life. I'm all for training new employees, but that needs to be handled in a much different way at this location. Ittasted like ice was not used, and I wish I would have said something since I paid for such a horrible Smoothie. Read more
