Fast service, Its been years since I have been to a Sonic.. So many years the last thing we ordered was a brown bag special.Haha... ( 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks for 6.99) which I'm sure doesnt exist anymore. I just dont remember them testing like this. I'msure I'll give another chance in future. Read more
Never a bad meal and the staff is always quick and polite. I recommend this location if you are in the area or passing through.
I visited this evening for a quick bite with my son before heading home. I ordered via the app because I had a reward. However,... the app kept rejecting my payment even though it was actually processing via my bank. Once I officially arrived I pushed the redbutton for assistance with the app issue. Corbin, from the corporate team came out and tried to troubleshoot with me. I showedhim what was happening and how it was charging my card. Despite his best effort, it didn?t work. Corbin didn?t want me to waitany longer and manually placed and processed my order. Thank you for the top notch customer service and making sure my son and Iwere able to eat before continuing home. As a new user of the food apps regarding primarily preordering and picking up I am realizing there are degrees of... professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency to which this new age way of doing business offers. That being said, this sonic (theonly location I have used) is the gold standard for ease of use, and a system of delivery that works perfect for theirinfrastructure, and staff that was ready to integrate this pick up style of food service wonderfully. Places not setup likesonic should consider the idea that if you want clients to proceed with order so it is ready before they get there to pick itup, how net negative of an experience it is to have any delays on the restaurants part when they get there.
