Fast service, Its been years since I have been to a Sonic.. So many years the last thing we ordered was a brown bag special.Haha... ( 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks for 6.99) which I'm sure doesnt exist anymore. I just dont remember them testing like this. I'msure I'll give another chance in future. Read more

I visited this evening for a quick bite with my son before heading home. I ordered via the app because I had a reward. However,... the app kept rejecting my payment even though it was actually processing via my bank. Once I officially arrived I pushed the redbutton for assistance with the app issue. Corbin, from the corporate team came out and tried to troubleshoot with me. I showedhim what was happening and how it was charging my card. Despite his best effort, it didn?t work. Corbin didn?t want me to waitany longer and manually placed and processed my order. Thank you for the top notch customer service and making sure my son and Iwere able to eat before continuing home. As a new user of the food apps regarding primarily preordering and picking up I am realizing there are degrees of... professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency to which this new age way of doing business offers. That being said, this sonic (theonly location I have used) is the gold standard for ease of use, and a system of delivery that works perfect for theirinfrastructure, and staff that was ready to integrate this pick up style of food service wonderfully. Places not setup likesonic should consider the idea that if you want clients to proceed with order so it is ready before they get there to pick itup, how net negative of an experience it is to have any delays on the restaurants part when they get there. This location is very very busy, so do expect a wait time. Waited about 10min for them to even answer after pushing the red... button. Order two drinks that's all two drinks and waited about 25min In all I had to wait 35min just to get two drinks. Theyobviously need more staff during happy hour. Read more

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. When I got home all I had in the bag was a double cheeseburger minus the bacon. The... hamburger had been thrown together haphazardly with very large chunks of lettuce I had to throw away. It looked like a child hadmade my hamburger. I am not pleased with my visit to this particular store at all. The wait was more than 20 minutes.. I willnot return to this store in the future and will not recommend it to my friends. Read more

Ordered cheeseburger with an emphasis of no onions and dry, with chili cheese tots and cherry limeade. I got home to a... cheeseburger with onions, mayo and no lettuce and chili cheese fries. Update, I went back and asked for a refund and they didprovide a refund without hesitation. Read more
