I always come in the mornings because its close to my job , but lately they have been doing my order all wrong! I order and pay... for a grande but for some reason they are always giving me a tall. I will no longer be coming to this location. If they don?thave enough products than they should make us aware of it before ordering. Read more
Starbucks, some will love it, some will not. That is the wonder of our tastes, all different. And that is okay! And for me,... Starbucks is good, too. I have LOTS of coffee making items at home, but every once in a while, it is nice to have someone else"drive", and Starbucks is good as my once in a while alternate. I also like exploring other items than I might not usually makeor imagine, and they are a good source to me for those adventures in taste. Read more

I placed an order online and sitting there in lobby for 20 minutes looking at the online order desk every tine they put one... down. None of the employees had the customer service skills to ask if I needed anything. They just left me there while everyoneelse got their drink. Read more
Starbucks coffee is not good to begin with, but at this location it somehow tastes horrible. Want extra sugar to make-it... bearable ? No more free sugar or stirring sticks or any sprinkles - you have to stand back in line to beg for some. Will notcome back. Read more
This is my favorite local Starbucks. The employees are so nice. Sometimes I order a drink out of my comfort zone and they never... sound inconvenienced or annoyed to make it. It?s the little things. ?? The line goes by fast too, which is a huge plus. Read more
Drive thru is always efficient and the staff is so friendly! Has become my favorite Starbucks since moving to Castle Hills!
