If I could give zero stars I would . The ladies that work there arnt very nice . I love subway and my go to would be in the... colony on Main Street but I live in carrolton and this one is closest to me like 3 minutes . Today was my second time going andthe first time I came here I swore I wouldn?t come back because we were being rush to order and it was just such uncomfortablefeeling . Today I wanted to come and again and try it out since one more time because I was craving subway I tell her I wantteriyaki chicken , they don?t have it so they put the sauce on top which I already knew about which is no problem of course .Right when she?s about to put it to toast I did notice she didn?t put the sauce on but I don?t say anything . So then that?swhen she remembers and ask me you said teriyaki right ? I said yes . Then she goes ugghh . Like It it was suchhh a big deal .When we got to the veggies part I like extra mayo and chipotle and onions which I know there extra and have no problem withpaying for it . When it got to the onions and I tell her for extra she put only two more . Yes grabbed two onions on as if Ialready had a lot ? It was so akward I had a foot long . But there attitudes need to be better this isn?t comfortable customerservice . Will be going to other locations and will be avoiding this one . Read more
Clean store. Obviously a franchised store as they don't have all of the bread choices and do not honor subway specials or... coupons. Otherwise, it is a build your own sub shop with numerous choices of meats, cheeses, condiments and dressings. Chips,drinks and cookies available too. Will toast your bread if you like. Plenty of parking and in store seating. Read more
I purchased a turkey footlong today. When I got home the turkey had clearly turned bad. I thought I was smelling just the turkey... and that I was wrong. I took a bite and gagged. My son took a bite and he agreed that the turkey was bad. They will not answertheir phone, so I'm calling corporate if I can't get through. I definitely will not be eating here again. Read more
Never any issues unless they?re busy, but just slow down your order and they almost never make a mistake. The staff is super... nice and I always get smiles when I go in there. They always accommodate my weird taste for a side cup of vinegar lol. (I liketo dip my sandwich...) anyways, out of the subways in Carrollton area, it?s my top to go to. Read more
Worst subway experience, the Spanish lady was talking rudely as if she?s doing some favor to me. Gave the burger and it had hair... and I had to prove hard to convince her that it has hair. They had fresh subs but she didn?t give me one on fresh sub but onstale one. I will never go to this one again. They are created bad name to new subway customers. Read more
Subway is subway. What else can I talk about it? Good food. Well balance of calories at an affordable price. Thumbs up.
There are other Subways near by, avoid this one. Stingy with ingredients and will not take valid coupons (unlike other nearby... locations). Read more
