The place reminds me of New York style food places. It has a buffet and different size of bowls. The food it's tasty and very... fresh. The space it's a bit limited, so if you have groups bigger than 4 this may not be your place. It also has a couple oftables outside. The place is perfect just to get a quick bite of good Mediterranean food with a friend or in my case my brother,but it's more like a fast chain than a sit in restaurant. They do take out and delivery apps, so you can try that too! If youare looking for a date spot or variety on the food you may one to try something else. Read more
So Good! I?ve had chicken and rice plates from the original halal guys, back in the day when they were in NYC just selling from... their cart. The line was always super long! This was my first time in. They have In person dining...the staff were very friendly. The food itself is tasty and great for a... keto friendly diet. First time eating here. The menu is easy to read. Friendly crew and clean place. The food is ok for a fast food place. The... ?garlic mayo? didn?t taste as garlicky as I was expected. Definitely a good choice if you want to go Halal. Read more
My son tried Halal Guys and LOVED it...so, I took the other boys and my wife and we tried it - and I agree - it's really, really... good! I ordered the gyro/chicken combo - was warned that the regular size is a lot of food, so I got the smaller portion and itwas plenty! Love the combo bowl - lettuce, tomatoes, rice, meats topped with that creamy white sauce and a side of pita bread.Now, I will say that I thought it was a little pricey - the larger bowl is basically $9 and the smaller bowl is $8 - add a drinkto your meal and you're looking at $15 plus for lunch. I'll definitely go back - probably be a little smarter and get a waterand no tip (I'm a tipper, but they don't serve the food or clean up, so I don't see the need for the tip here - correct me ifI"m missing something). They also have the typical gyro style meal - all that goodness wrapped in a warm pita. Also noticed thatthey have spicy lamb (for a limited time) and a spicy sauce you can get instead of the creamy white sauce. So...I went back thenext day - small bowl (plenty of food) and water - under $10 for lunch!!! Also added two lines of the spicy sauce - incredible! Read more
I usually get the full sized Mixed platter w lots of white sauce and four stripes of red ( be vewwwwy careful, the red is is... is... it's HOT) its my poison. Delicious and healthy with a flavor profile unlike every other quick eat. A regular platter willeasily serve two or lunch w leftovers. Read more
