WORST location for the drive though! After sitting here for 34 minutes currently (there was a car in front of me). Pulled up and... got my order taken. Had to wait of course for the car in front of me to leave. Got to the window (after waiting for the serverto take my card - I?m sure I waited close to 15 minutes before she opened the window to address me) and she asked me what I hadordered. Told her my order and had to wait even longer for her to fulfill it. After payment, she asked me what side I hadordered. She looked like she was the only one working and I tried to give her grace because of that but she was also workingsnail pace. I could?ve went to Walmart and just bought ingredients to make a smoothie. Tropical Smoothie Cafe, especially thislocation, will never get another penny out of me. Read more

So me and my children order on online. Wait 30 minutes. My kids finally get their smoothies. I'm left waiting and still leave... with nothing. Because apparently they never got my online order. And I showed the lady at the front counter my order before Iplaced it. Read more

Can't ever get my simple order correct and charge me for add ins and don't put them in the smoothie. Additionally, the wrap... ALWAYS come out messy, loose, and cold. This sort of food service never happens at the Plano and Frisco locations. Your teamis very incompetent. Read more

I placed a order for a flatbread and smoothie through the app. I get there and the assistant manager Mayo (Indian female with... tattoos up her arm) brings me a sandwich she made on sandwich bread because they didn?t have flatbread. I said I need a refundthen because I didn?t order a sandwich I ordered a flatbread. She then tells me we can?t refund at the store I have to contactcustomer service. They don?t even have a phone # to call and speak to someone. Filled out the form and still haven?t heard fromanyone 3 days later. Worst tropical smoothie on this side of the Mississippi! Read more

This location doesnt have good drive thru set up. If you ordered online, you would have to get out of your car to pick it up.... And if your drink is not ready, you are gonna have to sit outside to wait. It is so inconvenient, especially in hot summer!!!The management should work on these problems! Read more

Ordered food and smoothies for 3 online and went to pick up at the drive thru. There?s maybe 3 cars ahead of us. 15-20 minutes... later, the car up front got their stuff I assume and leaves. Line goes forward. 10 mins later, the new car up front is stillwaiting for their order. There?s a curb and flowerbed next to the drive-thru lane so you cannot escape if you?re already inline? ended up calling the location and asking them to cancel the order and drove out after another 10 mins when we reached apoint in the drive thru land where we could exit. Employee didn?t know how to cancel the order so we had to dispute the chargesafter a few days. I don?t know if they?re short staffed, if the employee(s) are untrained or what but it?s not worth the wait.Idk if the food and drinks are good but i don?t think I?d wait that long to find out Read more

Chicken and pesto flatbread which is why I went there is really basic, needs another ingredient. Chicken bacon ranch flatbread... is better but still pretty underwhelming as well. Very good snicker doodle cookie. Sure the smoothies are good but haven't hadany. Read more
