We will never eat here again!! First off it took 20 minutes for the car in front of us to get there food. So, instead of having... them pull forward they had them stay there while our food was getting cold. Came home and lo and behold we had to microwaveeverything. Oh, and let's not forget about the hair that was in the fries. If we would have eaten in the car that hair wouldhave been digested. It looked like a pube to be honest. Food was great! Hot and fresh, they prepared it very quickly compared to normal wait times. I was there in off peak hours and... business was in a lul, which is probably what provided the quick service. But, all in all, it was the best service I have had ata whataburger in a long time! Read more
9/23/22 visited this location twice today. Both times my cashier was Daiquane B. My food was freaking amazing!!! The line moved... quicker than expected and the food was hot! My order was correct! I?m amazed at the improvement!!! This is whataburgerexperience I initially fell in love with. 12/30/20 This whataburger has a habit of not including everything you request and payfor with your order. It?s quite annoying. Whataburger is too expensive for them to constantly leave items out of the order andinconvenience the customer by having to drive all the way back to get it corrected. I?m done with this whataburger. This hashappened several times at this location. It?s one of the worst locations I?ve ever visited. No barcode on the receipt to scan myvisit. Just terrible experience all around. Rather than be nice and move the line, check your items before drivingoff. Consistently serving cold, old, stale, re-fried French fries. Cut it out! Fries don?t take that long to cook. I?m tired ofwaiting on that slow line only to receive terrible fries. It?s super annoying. 8/24/21 I have given this whataburger chanceafter chance but today is the last straw. All of this food is old. It?s sickening and disgusting. The eggs are turning grey andthe sausage is extremely hard and dried out around the edges as well the cheese looks like plastic. You can tell its beensitting, yet they served it anyway. Idk where they found this tortilla or what they did to it but it?s all crumbles and broken.This is ridiculous. Go to the other whataburger it?s near Frankford, better food and better service. I never thought I'd leave a whataburger a bad review but here I am. Arrival time: 12:20am Shake machine down (ok, happens) No... carbonation so no soft drinks outside lemonade etc (rare but whatever) Then we waited 40 minutes in the drive through to get ourfood. I get that Whataburger's can get busy late night but this wasn't a line out the parking lot like the belt line location.When we pulled up there was maybe 4-5 cars before the call box. But with this long of a wait it was obscene, even at the windowwaited several minutes to get our small order. 3 honey butter chicken biscuits with extra honey butter, and a large fry. Not aminimal order but nothing crazy. And the biscuits came with even *less* honey butter than normal and the fries not evenfresh. I'm gonna drive a bit farther for a different location. Read more
Worst Whataburger I've ever been to. Go here if you NEVER want to receive everything you ordered. This is the one closest to... where I live, and after this last experience, I will be driving to a farther location. That is if I ever want Whataburger again.This location has genuinely ruined Whataburger for me. Do better. Read more
Love me some whataburger. I went through the drive thru , the employee taking the order was very nice and friendly.. my food was... just like I order it. Toasted buns and delicious I will definitely be coming to this whataburger whenever I?m in the área.Thumbs up Read more
Worst service I've ever had. Our family just moved to Texas. All we've ever heard was how great Whataburger is. I've been... anticipating this for years. We order. The server comes to my car and says are you the one with the huge order (in a snarkyway). I'm in a minivan and ordered 5 meals. Par for the course for most families. I take the drinks and pass them to my wife.While I'm handing her the drinks he drops the other two bags onto my arm. I ignore this, it's the lunch rush. We check our orderand my daughter didn't get her apples. Go inside and get them. Simple mistake. It happens. We get to our hotel, which is twoblocks away. My burger that was labeled no onions... Had onions. My wife's burger was cold to the touch. It felt like it cameout of the refrigerator... We had to microwave a burger right after leaving a Restaraunt. Unforgivable. First and lasttime. I'm glad we went to Jack in the Box when we got off the plane. I would have hated for this to have been our firstexperience in Dallas. Read more
This place seems to be out of a lot of things, no ice cream, no medium lids so they asked if I wanted a large drink instead I... agreed,but they only filled it up half way. Fries were cold and under salted. Only good thing was the sweet and spicy baconburger. Read more
