Cold. Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered ahead by a few hours. It seems they made them a few hours before we picked them up. ... Room temp wings. Room temp, cold fries. Room temp dressings. After 4 years of consistently ordering from this location I have to say I have given up ! Doesn?t matter if it?s online or over... the phone , they WILL get something wrong. I just don?t understand what?s so hard about getting 1 simple Order correct .. ontoThe colony location I guess. Read more
This place almost always makes a mistake. Quality is good but they never get the order right. Check that they used right sauces,... right counts of wings, included sides, etc before carrying out because 9 times out of 10, I have to correct them regrettably. Read more
I loved it here! Food was hot and fresh, service was timely, everyone was diligently working. Some ubereats worker was giving... the staff grief about the fact that he had to fill up his own fountain drink for his order. I felt so bad for the staff as beberated them for enforcing set rules. Even guests fill up their own drinks, under no circumstances do I see a guest gettingtheir drink filled. Read more
The fries at this location are terrible. I love wingstop and this location is the nearest to where I live so I've eaten from... there several times. Not once have I ever had a great batch of fries like they offer at the Irving, TX location. They areusually undercooked and if you chose the 'well done' option they are burnt. Also, they never add enough seasoning. So if youorder fries here expect oily potato strips instead. Read more
Don't like the fact they half cook their chicken wings. You tell them extra well done/crispy seems the ppl taking the order... totally ignores what you are paying for. Making the service very poor.
