I am extremely disappointed by the customer service here. You are more focused on your conversation then to making sure our... order is correct. please hire better employees, we wait inline for a long time, which Is understandable because of the brand,however, this is not the first, second, or third time I have been missing items from my order. As always, Chick-fil-A has terrific food and attentive staff. Early morning to avoid traffic. If you want lunch, order ahead and... pick up inside. Lines tend to be long around lunch time on weekdays. Read more

Definitely will... return to this location just because of his incredible customer service and kindness. Good food, good customer service, nothing wrong with Chick-fil-A, the only reason I gave it a two was because, it is the most... unsafe drive-thru I have ever seen. I didn't even go through the drive-thru, I tried turning into Sam's, but was held 15 minutesbecause of people trying to get to this Chick-fil-A. Please work on and fix on how you direct traffic.
