This place has been on my radar for a while. It in Carson very often. Now I have a reason to come back. The service was... awesome, I respected the request to call ahead and food took about 20 minutes . Had the lumpia burger, and 2 pan de salsandwhiches. I was showing out for no reason. Burger was unique withe the lumpia patty so had a wonderful crunch. Sandwhicheswon me over with the salty spam and that beautiful egg Read more

Liked the sisig fries. Didn't like the lumpia burger as much, mostly the red viniger sauce smeared in the bun. Good... presentation thobut because you first eat with the eyes. Read more

Overall, I was delightfully surprised at the taste of the food and the extreme friendliness of the staff. Situated in the heart... of Downtown Carson, BaBoys only has two designated parking spaces and only allows a few people to be inside the restaurant dueto Covid regulations. I ordered the Lumpia Shanghai, Bistek Onion Rings, Sisig Quesadilla, and the Laing Pasta on my firstventure here. The Lumpia Shanghai was delicious and has the traditional Filipino flavours of ground pork, onions, carrots andeggs in the filling. The Bistek Onion Rings were too crunch and hard to the point of it being brittle. The diced skirt steak isgood though minimal in portion. Sisig Quesadilla is flavourful and not greasy though it can use a bit more cheese. The LaingPasta had the least amount of flavour. The spaghetti was not overcooked but can definitely use more garlic, ginger, pork belly,parmigiano-reggiano and tomatoes for the added freshness. BaBoy only have about ten items on the menu and hopefully, they willadd the extra flavour to some of their dishes. Read more

The place is small for a big crowd. But don't let it fool you. The food were amazing. It had a culture of filipino with a little... bit of american food and spanish food. I was amazed. My friend was shocked that I kept repeating how good were the food. Theyoffer like a fusion food for different culture but still has a filipino soul to it. I love it. The taste and the quality withthe price you pay. Damn. Not bad at all. Good Taste, Size Quality, inexpensive price very affordable Read more

Oh. My. Ghawd!!! This places is a hole in the wall at first sight and the menu is simple but what is on there will blow your... mind once it is put in front of you and into your mouth. We got the sisig quesadilla, lumpia burger, sisig tater tots, tosilugburrito, and bistek fries. Absolutely amazing! It is all VERY filling and a great Mexican Filipino fusion of flavors andingredients! At first I thought that we would just get a few lumpia stuffed into a burger but the patty was an actualflat-folded lumpia with all the fixings! The sisig isn?t a part of the tater tots but a topping and once you pop that egg yolkit is game over - you will need another life because you?ll die from food coma if you eat the entire huge portion!
