One of the worst locations I have been at. First of all location was pretty empty, only one side of the restaurant was occupied.... Arrived and placed order right away but took 20 minutes just to get 2 waters and another 30 minutes to get my food. Fries weresalty as well as wings overcooked and hard. Asking for the check was also a challenge and not to mention they include amandatory 18% tip even thought it is not mentioned anywhere. Really horrible experience… Read more

So your either great or terrible. 1 or 5 stars when leaving a review. I went on Veterans Day , wanting to celebrate the veterans... in my life and being one myself . The experience wasn’t all that great , this rating was only saved by the waitress and meover hearing that multiple ppl quit or called in that day so they were short staffed. She was prompt in delivery of our drinksafter we ordered. She also rang us up before getting our food which was a little odd. The taste of the chicken is what wasupsetting. The sauce tasted rancid and not good like it had been in the past. This was the first ever BWWs I’d ever been toand that experience was great 12 years ago definitely not the same. Read more

Very unprofessional!!! Upon entering with my family there was no one to greet us to be seated for about 5 min. Yes there was... employees walking past us just looking didn’t bother say “we’ll be with you shortly” or anything continued walk past us.Finally someone comes to offer to seat us. After being seated it took another 20 min to get our drink order taken sat another 20min after that again employees walking past us also talking other orders of people who came after us. We finally get our ordertaken takes food about good 30 min to come food comes half my wings are cold. When waiter brought out food I asked for anotherbeer while he “getting that” myself and family have already finished our food that how long it was taking so has I go tocancel my drink because I no longer want it she tells me she will cancel it. As we get the bill to pay they tried charging usstill for 2 beers instead of one and the lady who seemed to be manger got attitude because I told her if this mistake and takeanother 20 min to bring us the new bill. Useless staff. This BWW needs a reorganization on servers and management. When I arrive there I am told by the receptionist that... they are short staff and that there is an 18% mandatory tip. I wait an hour for my table and the waiter makes me wait anotherhour for food. I ask for utensils and I have to get up my seat. Music is so loud I cannot hear the baseball game and my TVs areall off. So what am I paying for 18% tip if I cannot even see the game on game days? I refuse to pay 18% and the waiter has theaudacity to complain when I had to get up my seat every time to: check if the food is ready, get my own utensils, and get my owndrinks because waiter disappeared. I ended getting 25% off. Even though I got a discount, I had a very bad experience. I used towork at BWW, short staffed, and as a waiter I even cooked the food to get the orders out in 15 min just to please my customers.Now that is well-deserved tip. I used to do that when the 18% was not mandatory so I did not get that many tips, even for myoutstanding service. I am a millennial who has been through the restaurant business. I always have the mentality to treat mycustomers in the way I would like to get treated. Its just this newer self entitled generations that failed to be streamers whogive us the bad experience. In reality, it is just bad management making poor choices when it comes to hiring people withqualities needed for a successful business. Read more

This location has made significant improvement in the last year the service use to be horrible now it’s not too bad. The... reason for the three stars is due to the slow service, they are usually understaffed and have a lot of unoccupied tables.Customer service is good however management needs to do a better job at staffing as needed especially on weekends Read more

On June 10, 2022 me and some of our family decided to take our two Graduates to this location for dinner, and to celebrate them.... It was a total of 8 people in our party they seated us at a table that was broke and they knew that the table was broken, wehad to ask them to move to a different table. Then once we moved the table was nasty hair the table the waiter just pick up thehair and walked away I had to go get her to come and wipe the table off, she had a nasty attitude, then it took 2 hours for use to order and when we did order they ran out of WINGS, ONION RINGS wow, then it took another 1hour and half for us toreceived the item we did order but some of the orders were missing, the servers had nasty attitudes the window seal were wewas seatedws so dusty that I kept sneezing. Then an hour after we started eating the item that we did receive, we startedseeing people that came in after us eating wings, we asked how are they able to get wings, I was told that someone broughtsome from another location but we should have at least given the option to wait for the wings that was on the way or ordersomething else Then when we received. I ordered online for some lemon pepper dry seasoning wings and the wings I received were super stale like if they have been... sitting for a long time and hardly any seasoning. I don't know how they expect for anyone to eat it like this. I also ordered abottle of seasoning which was forgotten. I called for a refund and they mentioned that since it was an online order it does notshow on their end that a seasoning bottle was purchased which is strange. I do not recommend at all. Read more
