Spoke to Michael about wanting to delay when my Pizza was placed in the oven. He said it was too late that the Pizza was already... in the oven. I stated? I just put the order in 1 min ago. He said he completed the orders in 2 minutes. He said let me have yournumber to check. He checked and came back to say it?s done. 2 mins later??? I said please give me your manager. He put a femalelead on (he stated her name was Erica) who was even ruder and repeated what he said. Then went into a speech about knowing herown ovens and procedures more than me. I stated that I don?t feel safe feeding my kids something that takes less than 5 minutesto prepare. I told her to cancel the pizza and she said, FINE! She promptly hung up while I was still speaking. All of thisrudeness was becuz I asked for a 2 hour delay in making my pizza. Wow. I will never return to this Dominos again! Read more
The so called Manager Luis Robles is the worst ever!!! He has no management skills and is rude, offensive and very... disrespectful. My family, work or I will NEVER order from this location again. As long as Luis is the Manager this store willnever succeed. Read more
They forgot an order which is understandable since mistakes happen. When I called back and told them I would still like to... receive my specialty chicken, they sent the order 20 minutes later which was completely hard and cold with the outside cheeseburnt black. Not edible under any circumstances. I assume they forgot the order, threw the same order back in the oven and sentit out without checking. I really hope this incident happened by some thoughtless part-time employees who are just there to killtime and wasn?t supervised by management or a regular practice of this branch. Read more
One of the girls there is so incredibly rude right from the start of the conversation. This is the third time the same girl has... been rude to me and my family. Don't like your job? Quit cause I'm sure there is someone out there that would love to make moneyduring this pandemic. Don't be ungrateful. Read more
Noticed they weren't wearing gloves. Kinda gross. Gloves are so much better than hastily washed hands. Especially when... understaffed and forced to do more than prepare food. I don't know how clean that phone is. He also had put us on hold when wecalled, and the only other employee was presumably STILL on the phone (with a manager or something, but chatting) when I walkedin 15 minutes later. The overworked employee told me two minutes when neither pizza had even been started, and I waited another10 (original estimated ready time) minutes later. I was bringing the food to very angry people, so I ran back in and asked forparmesan and more marinara just in case. They gave me a whole shaker of parmesan and three more marinara sauce cups. That waskind of cool. The pizza was obviously good. Would have got a drink but the Coca Cola lineup isn't my thing. Gloves, guys, anddon't make the food prep guys answer the phone for you. I called to place an order. The lady on the line asked me if she could take my order. I asked her for the chicken parm sandwich... and she promptly hung up on me. I called back to ask if she hung up on me and then she told me that they were not open until 10even though the website and Google Maps says they've been open since 9. I get that you don't want to make something like thatearly in the morning but you don't need to hang up on me. Now I'm going to keep eating here because I love Domino's and justbecause one employee doesn't want to serve me doesn't mean I won't enjoy their delicious food. But I guess I won't be orderingin the morning. Still a great place just wouldn't recommend going there early. Read more
Never go to this store. The employees are very dishonest and charged 14.99(should be 6.99) for a middle size pizza. When I found... it and talked to them, they just cannot found any menu with this price to prove it. It was near midnight and I felt not safe, soI left. The dishonest people can do anything bad, so don?t try your luck here. Read more
They have definitely stepped up they game in the past few years .. their pizza is drastically improved.. ????????
