I am a big fan of Hawaiian food I visited a couple of days ago. Most of the food was okay except the short ribs they hardly had... any meat and had tones of fat!! So I went another day just to see if it was just a bad day and the next time I order the exactsame thing and this time it was burnt and just got a bone. I don?t think I?ll be back unless I can eat inside instead of takeout so I can see if they would give me the same food in my face instead of getting all the way home and be disappointed. Read more
I usually love L&L but i went in when there was no rush. I ordered a chicken katsu and it took less than a minute to get it.... When i opened it in my car the chicken was soooooo dry like if they cooked it a while ago and just kept it heated. Usually itscrunchy and juicy. This was so stiff and hard to chew. I was upset because i thought they made this fresh and by the order notstale. Read more
Went there for the first time on Albertoni in Carson. I order the BBQ Chicken, the rice was sticky, meat dry etc., oh and the... teriyaki sauce was watery????. Will never ever go there again????????. Read more

Freshness of food is important when you are trying to build your clientele. 733 pm on June 12 2021 We purchased BBQ mix and... another plate that only has chicken katsu. I agree that it was cooked to order the question is, how fresh is the meat beingcooked. The chicken for the katsu was not fresh, it tasted like meat that was left in the refrigerator for quite a few days. Andyes, there is some not so fresh odor that comes with your order. If you have meat that is old throw it and do not use. You willnever know if you've happen to chance on a customer like me who could taste meat so delicately. Read more
Tasty. Really like the lighter options (meat with salad and brown rice). Small bowls are perfect for kids.
We drive a semitruck, so we order through doordash. My husband is allergic to chlorophyll, and there's no place on the online... order for special instructions. I called, and the lady that answered took care of my online order so we wouldn't get anycabbage. She was super friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious when it arrived at our truck. We will definitelyorder from here again when we're waiting on our loads. Read more
