Service is too slow. They need more people working here . The place is packed with customers waiting for their orders .
Convenient location. Ample parking. Just enough seats if you want to eat there. Most people come for takeout or drive thru.... Sometimes the drive thru lines are long but thats good for business. Read more
Good luck trying to get your order inside. Seems like they definitely prioritize the drive thru and drive up over the dine in... service. I understand that they might be short staffed but they take out orders at a higher rate than they give out inside. Read more
Nice! they're open till 2 AM! curbside pick up is open late. I got curbside just before 9 PM. While I was eating they were... still bringing food out to other cars!. Most McDonald's close at midnight and curbside closes at 5 PM. Also this one is rightnext to the Carson sheriff station so it's feels safe. Kenneth ^ Read more
New remodel of playplace is great. Lots of open space and tables to monitor your kids. Enclosed so that kids are not bothering... other people. It has it?s own bathroom that needs better floor cleaning but at least it?s conveniently located. Main part ofthe restaurant is always clean and well maintained. They do have self serve ordering kiosks for when the line gets long. Staffgoes out of their way to help people. They go through the trouble of bringing orders with happy meals to kids section. Sometimes you just can?t get away to get order if you are by yourself with the kids. Read more
Im a fan of McDonald's but for them to dry out the patty and mess up a simple McDouble never coming to this site agian.
