Surprised at some of the reviews. I'm a trucker and I door dashed some wings and a medium pizza while waiting to get loaded. ... It was exactly how I ordered all sauces included. It came in half the time estimated, hot, fresh and tasted good. I calledanother local pizzeria 1st and they said they don't deliver to truckers. I ordered pizza here and i asked it to be cut a certain way and i went to pick up my pizza was wrongfully made and it wasn?t... what I ordered i called too get this corrected and i spoke with the owner and he asked me to drive back 15 mins and wait another30 mins for another pizza and drive back home again like i can tell my family to stop eating put everything back and wait anhour to get freshly made pizza no thank you i can?t believe this operator is able to run a business tbh wont ever order fromhere again hope everyone else has better luc Read more
We ordered a pizza online and when it showed the pizza is ready in the Papa John app my husband went in to pick up the pizza and... only to his surprise to find that the pizza was not even in the oven but marked as ready to pick up. All the employees in thestore started to lie that the pizza was coming in 2 mins in the meantime they where baking pizzas which where ordered throughdelivery service. My husband waited nearly 40 mins and returned without pizza. Read more
I ordered online and specified no cut. They still cut the pizza. We waited another 15-20 minutes for them to remake it and they... cut it again! I don't know why they can't do their job. I love Papa John's Pizza but won't come back to this one. Read more
