It had been a long time since I ordered from Pizza Hut. I saw a commercial and thought I would try the food again. I was not... disappointed. Pizza was just like I liked it, not too much sauce, crust was cooked all the way through and not mushy. Willdefinitely order again. I just wish you had a selection of salads. Read more
Walked into restaurant, no one greeted or appeared for over 4 minutes (good thing I am not a thief, I could have grabbed and... run). Finally greeted by a nice girl I pay for my order. She retreats to meal area and spends 3 minutes boxing goods. She comesto the counter with the cookie portion of my order, and informs me they forgot to make my pizza and it will be 15 minutes to getmade. So, I wait 15 minutes. So I get my pizza, and cookie back home to my family. Pizza, undercooked, cookie old/overcooked.So, pick your way to look at it, but if you messed up an order, at least get it right the 2nd time. Improve Customer Service at your Carson and Main location. The 18 yr old Mgr. was rude and not knowledgeable. Completely negated... my food allergy and tried to blame my order being incorrect on my allergy. Then she contacted someone who was over her whosuggested I drive to the store and bring bk my order then wait for them to make it again. I requested they come get the orderand refund me my money but they refused. I am never ordering from that restaurant again however it is closest to my home. So nowI will have to only order take out should I choose pizza hut again. I also ordered. Buffalo wings of which had an entire bowl ofsauce as if it was soup. thin crust pizza was over cooked. And Detroit style was terrible not enough toppings it was some tomato sauce and flours.
