Dinner time wasn't overly crowded. Quick service and well packed to go. Wish they offered other variety of sauces but their... signature sauce is good. Definitely worth the drive. Read more

I ordered for curbside pickup, I was waiting 25 minutes till I had to walk in there to pick up my own food and the cashier told... me to get the cups and fill up my own drinks. What?s the point of offering curbside pickup if y?all don?t even do that. Plus thefood was cold. Read more

I've been to more than 10 different canes locations and I have to say the Carson location is one of 2 locations I Have to say... are a locations to try to avoid! The food is good as the other locations but if you plan to dine in, good luck finding parking. The employees take up 3/4 of the parking lot. While I was there there were maybe 4 or 5 tables with people and no line at theregister, but no where to park. Parking is so bad regular cars are parked in designated parking areas for electric vehicles andmobile order pick up ( which never seems to be available when you order on line) As for the food the chicken is always hot andfresh. The fries are crispy and seasoned well. The Texas toast is so good I get extra toast with my meal!!! Read more

This place engages in fraud. Be careful about your money. They will keep trying to overcharge you. Especially Alicia the... cashier. No matter how much you try to correct her she can't do basic math and she will overcharge you a lot of money. They alsomake fun of you in the back. Secondly the food was undercooked and not very good. All the other raising canes are amazing. Read more

Its just something about this chicken I don't like. Can't quite figure it out. This was my third time having it but my first... time at this location. Love the area you're located. I think I would stick to the fries and garlic toast. Read more

Food and service was good. Don't forget to ask them to butter BOTH sides of your Texas toast - it tastes a whole lot better... that way. The young lady at the register was very friendly. Their food was deliciously hot when we got it including our fries! I like the disco balls suspended above the family-style table. My only complaint which is consistent with many of theirlocations in SoCal - the parking lot isn't big enough to support their traffic - That's a good sign of good food! Read more

I totally understand that this place just opened in this location. But the service it was extremely slow. I waited for around 15... -20 minutes on the line, and not a single car moved for at least 10 minutes. I hope they improve the service in the future. Thefood was really good. Update: Nov. 3 /2021 - From 3 to 5 stars !! - It's more organized, the service is fast, and the food isalways good. - Sometimes the fries aren't hot enough. I experienced that once in ten orders.
